A Comprehensive Approach to Employee Safety
At Logic Aluminium, we believe that Health and Safety is the responsibility of all and is lead by example. The approach of our directors directly influences the actions and attitude of all persons within the workforce.
We employ the services of an external H & S advisor to assist with all aspects, from providing director level advise on legal requirements through to one to one training with individual employees on specific aspects, such as RAMS. Our advisors regularly attend working sites along with our directors whom take a proactive approach and strive for continual improvement.
Tool box talks, monthly department meetings are used to convey to all employees changes to working habits, legislation and employee feedback all in an effort to improve and lower risk.

Our current focus is on Mental Health throughout our employees and management. Some employees have attended men’s health weekend away from the workplace.
