Logic Aluminium is committed to environmental responsibility. We take steps to minimise waste, conserve energy and protect our planet. We're currently working with Planet Mark to assess our environmental footprint and establish a roadmap for achieving net zero emissions. Partnering with Planet Mark allows us to accurately measure our impact and track progress toward our sustainability goals.
Furthermore, aluminium is one of the most recyclable metals. Our supplier, Technal, now offers the Circal range, which is made from a minimum of 75% recycled post-consumer scrap. Additionally, all our aluminium and glass suppliers are accredited to the BES 6001 standard, ensuring responsible sourcing practices.
Beyond environmental efforts, Logic Aluminium prioritises social responsibility. We actively support our local community by sponsoring grassroots football teams and offering work placements. We focus on causes close to our employees' hearts and partner with charities they care about. We also collaborate with Nottingham College for our apprenticeship program, recently celebrating the graduation of Emily and James after their four-year apprenticeships. We currently have two trainees learning the trade of aluminium fabrication.
