We use the latest equipment and technology such as our CNC saw and tablet devices across the shop floor ensuring fabricators have the most up to date system manuals and latest technical requirements to ensure reliability and expertise. Our team is continuously trained on latest developments and any new products, we assign a dedicated project manager for each contract to ensure accountability and a point of contact throughout the process.

Professional Aluminium Installations Directly Led by Employed Fixing Teams Providing an Adaptable Approach
At Logic Aluminium we know how the success of a project relies upon the final installation, this is why we have our own directly employed installation teams traveling in our Logic branded commercial vehicles which are regularly maintained and renewed every 3-4 years. Installation teams are all NVQ qualified, first aid trained and team leaders carry SSSTS qualification as a minimum. Our contracts team provide initial detailed programmes, RAMS and physical site inspections well in advance of commencement dates, through regular communication with our clients site team all is in place to commence installation in a timely efficient manner. Your dedicated Contracts manager will be responsible for ensuring installation stays on track and meets critical milestones throughout, they will attend co-ordination meetings and report on progress weekly. The installation teams are equipped with electronic devices providing the latest drawings, RAMS, Programmes are on hand and weekly reports are submitted to all parties through our site auditing application.
We have a dedicated Quality control manager whom visits site at key installation mile-stones, such as pre glazing, using a dedicated app with pre loaded criteria such as joints correctly assembled and sealed, correct fixings and torque used, Logic ensure that the quality of installations is to the highest level and minimal issues reported. All checks are fed back to the site team to evidence elements that cannot be easily viewed at handover.
